As an artist and instructor, I continually challenge myself, experimenting and exploring, pushing the edges of technique and materials.  In the process, I discover new ways of approaching and expressing my own art.  All of this, I openly share in my workshops.  I have found that working in a range of mediums and dimensions tweaks my perspective, allowing me to see things differently; one art form inspires the other.  Teaching for me is a way of stepping outside my inner world, a way of giving back. Nurturing and inspiring other artists is a calling I consciously chose and graciously accept.
